At Anya Hindmarch, we want you to be delighted with your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred return method.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid any deductions from your refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of your box and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
